Welcome to BV Holiday Club 2008.

Activites Club will be running from 23rd July to 2nd September, below is the booking sheet showing all the activities and outings we have planned to make this summer a great holiday.

30^th July Wednesday	Obstacle course – let’s set up a challenge and time ourselves.	Free Choice
31^st July Thursday	Treasure hunt and quiz. Who can find the Clues?	Painting time Lets go outside and choose what to paint.
1^st August Friday	Trip to Moors Valley, let’s have fun climbing. Have a picnic lunch and a ride on the train.*		(9-4)*

4^th August Monday	Karaoke. Let’s have fun singing and dressing up!	Creative Workshop – Embossing with Gaenor.
5^th August Tuesday	Free Choice.	Cooking – Lets make fruit cocktails and smoothies.
6^th August Wednesday	Let’s have a walk around the village and stop at the park for a play.	Arts and crafts. What would you like to make?
7^th August Thursday	Creative workshop – Puppet making.	Puppet Show. Let’s use our puppets we have made.
8^th August Friday	Sports activities.	Free Choice.

11^th August Monday	Show Day Let’s make up a story and turn it into play.
12^th August Tuesday	Free Choice.	Sports activities.
13^th August Wednesday	Creative workshop – Modelling with clay.	Free Choice.
14^th August Thursday	Photo fun. Let’s take pictures of each other.	Lets make frames for our photos to go in.
15^th August Friday	Longleat Safari Park Let’s Have fun with the animals at pet’s corner. Picnic lunch and time for a play! *		(9-4)*

18^th August Monday	Walk to the river. Let’s have a paddle!	Cinema afternoon with popcorn & ice cream – relax and enjoy a new release!
19^th August Tuesday	Creative Morning. What can we make with the junk and material?	Free Choice.
20^th August Wednesday	Free Choice.	Creative Workshop with Gaenor –Batik.
21^st August Thursday	Cooking time. Let’s make things with chocolate in!	Karaoke. Let’s have fun singing!
22^nd August Friday	Sports Day. Let’s have some races.	Free Choice.

BANK HOLIDAY
26^th August Tuesday	Let’s make some sandwiches and go on a picnic to Figsbury ring.	Free Choice.
27^th August Wednesday	Cooking. Let’s make jam tarts.	Let’s make some collages. Big or small, your choice!
28^th August Thursday	Free Choice.	Creative workshop – jewellery making.
29^th August Friday	Enjoy a Medieval Day at Old Wardour Castle, dress up as Princess or Knight if you’d like to! *		(9-4)*
1^st September Monday	Construction fun. Let’s build vehicles using lots of different sets.	Painting fun. Let’s paint pictures using different vegetables.
2^nd September Tuesday	Cooking – let’s make cheesy scones.	The last day quiz. Who can remember what we have done this summer! Prizes for all.

Please note: ‘Day Trips’ will be full day outings, at least a 9am – 4pm day will need to be booked (subject to weather). All outings marked with a * will have a £3 supplement and please bring a packed lunch.

Every session there will be our usual wide range of indoor and outdoor resources available for the children to choose from alongside and adult led activity mentioned above.

We are committed to ensuring the children have a fun holiday and are always open to listening to their ideas for activities and will do our best to accommodate them: please let us know what you’d like to do!

Our sessions are able to be booked in blocks or ad hoc – we aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. (please note: If you wish to cancel any sessions we require two weeks notice to delete charges.) Cost = £3.80 hour for care and £1.80 for meals. (Ratios=1adult for 8 children)

All meals are freshly prepared on site by our qualified cooks and include a main meal and pudding.

You are able to combine any of the above sessions to create individual booking patterns e.g. 9.00-1.30 = £13.30+£5.60= £18.90.

Please fill in the dates you require and the session that you would like (e.g. 8am-4pm, 1.30-4pm, 9-6pm). We will then return a copy of this form to you confirming availability.
